SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Easy to modify to any fitness level, Fun Functional Fitness is a workout built for YOU. At this class you will enjoy the encouragement of others, the guidance of a coach, and the intensity level that best suits your style. 

AXT

Crush your MEPs (MyZone Effort Points) with non-stop cardio-core action! Advanced Cross Training will focus on high rep, low or no weight exercises with an emphasis on core strength, cardio, balance, and power. Let's go!  

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training alternates between several minutes of high intensity movements and lower intensity intervals to strategically increase and decrease your heart rate. This class can be modified to fit anyone and is so much fun with a group. 

PERSONAL TRAINING

Ready to reach the next level? Our personal trainers will assemble a workout designed specifically for your fitness goals. These sessions are filled with unique exercises that will challenge you!

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Circuit training involves rotating through various exercises targeting different parts of the body. At Hill-Fit, our circuit training coaches listen to you to find the movements that will help you reach your goals.

OPEN GYM

Whether you can't make our classes or you want to work out in between classes as an extra challenge, you can use our gym during "open hours.' The gym is open at the same times every day as our chiropractic office.

Tuesday & Thursday: 5:30a - Fun Functional Fitness

Tuesday & Thursday: 6p - Circuit Training / HIIT

Wednesday: no class

Friday: 12:15p - Circuit Training / HIIT 

Saturday: 9:30 am - AXT

PRICING

FITNESS STUDIO CREDITS:

2 credits per class and 1 credit per open gym use. 
20 credits = $80
40 credits = $140
60 credits = $180

The credits will automatically be loaded onto your MyZone at time of purchase. 


DONT HAVE A MY ZONE?!

There is a one time activation fee of $125 that includes your MyZone band and 16 Studio Credits. Once your MyZone is registered you will be able to use your MyZone app to book a class, sign into your class, connect with other class members, and track your fitness journey!
