InBody Benchmark Test
Body Composition Analysis can accurately show changes in fat mass, lean muscle, mass, and overall body fat percentage. Also, it determines what level of visceral fat you have which is a critical marker in overall health. Healthy body composition contributes to a stronger immune system and reduces your risk for common chronic diseases and conditions.

Personal Training
Receive an extra level of attention to your Fitness plan by having one-on-one with a personal trainer. This accountability and training is your support structure to keep you moving toward your goal. Whether it is weight-loss, injury rehabilitation, longevity or overall athletic performance.



Find Your Baseline
Together with your trainer, complete our fitness baseline test to determine what you need to focus on in order to accomplish your health and fitness goals. This allows for a fitness plan designed just for your ability, fitness level, and needs.
